How much is the monthly fee?
From $290 MXN per user per month, or $2,600 MXN per user per year if you pay yearly (prices plus tax). All apps are included, so the total depends on how many users you have. Current prices are on the pricing page.
How long until it's up and running?
It depends on how many apps you start with and the state of your data. {{TODO: real week range for a typical go-live}}. You get the go-live date in writing with the assessment.
Where is my data and who can see it?
On servers operated by Xamanek. {{TODO: cloud provider and server country}}. Each user signs in with their own account and role-based permissions, which are built into Odoo. {{TODO: backup policy and Xamanek staff access policy}}.
I already use QuickBooks, CONTPAQi or Excel. Do I lose my data?
You don't start from scratch: we load your products, customers, vendors and opening balances. If you want to bring history, we review it in the assessment because it depends on the state of your data.
